flat and sexy tummy? :)

hey guys. what is the best exercise that you can suggest to help flatten my tummy? Is sit-ups and crunches, effective?

You have to loose your weight first, then after loosing weight that's the time you do the firm, and that includes sit-ups and crunches, cause if you do the firm first then loosing weight, your tummy will never be flatten.

To flatten your tummy, the best exercise is jogging or running. Sit-ups and crunches will be able to build muscle on your abdominal area, but the fat on your tummy will still be there. So the best way to reveal a flat and sexy tummy is doing both jogging and crunches. Also look for other ways you could burn fat on your tummy. On watch your diet too. Don't sit on a chair or be on bed for a long time. Unburned fats goes directly on your tummy.

But take note, getting a flat tummy is not an easy thing to do. It needs much of discipline and motivation. You should discipline yourself from eating too much and from being a couch potato for a long time. You need much motivation to start doing the exercises again and again until you reach your goal and also follow your diet. I used to be very fat when I was in high school, in fact I was Obese Class 2 before. I weigh 75 kilograms when I was 13-15 years old. But I got so much motivated to lose much weight. Then sooner, I guess 3 months. I lost 15 kilograms, through strict diet and some exercise.

i have the same problem, i'm not overweight but have a BIG tummy, lol. right now i'm trying to do a lot of cardio by using a stationary bike. i'm also trying to work on my posture, coz i'm thinking maybe it's poor posture that makes my tummy bulge out..
