When did 5cent-ptc.com close?

Does anyone know when 5 cent PTC closed. I did them last week and they were there and now they are gone.?????? I had a strange feeling that was a scam when the owner said he had lost money in other PTC sites after upgrading in them. But gesh, seeing it closed was a shock, I know he was trying.
