Are there other option to prepare chicken, aside from dip frying?

some people imagine chicken delicious only when it is fried. Granted one has to admit that it really does indeed it taste great when cooked like that, but is it healthy? is there other way to prepare chicken quick and easy which not only taste great but also provide much healthier option. Are there suggestions? please help...

My kids love fried chicken a lot.
But aside from fried chicken,i also serve or cooked chicken with pineapple.
You just need to cooked the chicken with pineapple juice bring it to boil until tender (of course with seasonings like salt,pepper if you want it a little bit hot,onions and garlic too)
Then,you can add some potato and let it boil until potato is half cooked then you can add pineapple chunks and evaporated milk and bring to boil again for 5 mins with lid half open and very low fire.
You can try it,it's healthy

hi jaiho2009 I tried it and it is very delicious and healthy, the sauce is so yummy, the combination of evaporated milk and other seasonings it made the recipe taste good, thanks for that have a Good Day...

there are other ways to prepare chicken. i don't actually know what its called universally since i don't cook it anyway, and we use call it in our terms.
but chicken can be cooked in a soup and i like it very much especially when i have the colds.
sorry not so sure about the ingredients either.

Hi, joyans_26. I think that fried chicken tastes really good. But it best to fry chicken in canola oil or olive oil. This oil is very healthy to eat from. I usually will bake, boil or broil my chicken. This tastes will good and it is very healthier this way too.
