School is starting soon, summer is almost over, which sadly means my school holidays are approaching to their end. I am a bit excited, but dreading the fact that I can't wake up at noon anymore, and that I have got to get serious this year to get my Master. Hopefully all goes well, first day of school is on the 6th of September. OH NO!! Helpppp me I wanted to re-organise my sleeping habits lately. I'm training myself to sleep early, normally at 10 pm these few days for thattt.. And, to succeed, I think I need to plan my everyday schedule, and be all discipline about it. Here is what I came up with 6.30 am : Wake up, take a shower, have breakfast 7.30 am : Walk to my university 8.00am - 5.00 pm : Classes 5.00 - 6.00 pm : Go back home, have a rest or maybe tea 6.00pm : Take another shower 6.30-7.30 pm : Revise a bit, or do assignments 7.30pm : Have dinner 8.00 pm - 10 pm : Watch TV or surf on the internet 10.30pm : Read a book 11.00 pm : Go back to sleep Grocery shopping on weekends only LOL How about your everyday schedule?

My schedule will be affected by my husband's work, right now. We have a big trip to take at one point and then I plan to get a job after that. I am online quite a bit. I cook for everyone here. Hubby does not usually work on Saturday, but he is this week, just a half day. I get up at 5:00 am when he gets up, so I usually go to bed at 9 whne he goes to bed. Everything else is pretty flexible.

hi lilmuchang oh dol get that masters. as for me. I am a senior citizen in a retirement center and you would think we would get to sleep later, no way Jose we must get up at 6 a.m. to have breakfast at 7 am, lunch at 11 am and dinner at 4 pm I think this schedule is actually for the sake of the kitchen help solely, not for the benefit of us older people. I am not a morning person but I do mylot til 11 then from 12 to 4 then from 5 to 10 pm , thats really much earlier than I ever went to bed, on my own I was going to bed around 1 a.m,

Wow, you sure are brave.. I can not imagine myself on a regiment schedule as you are going through at your retirement center. But, at least you got all the necessities, such as Internet :) You sure do mylot a lot, is it solely for pleasure? I went to a boarding school in high school, and I totally get you on the eating schedule ; breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper at precise times ..

Nice to plan out as always. I took a couple of days vacation from my work last week. When I get back to work again, I just don't get used to be the lazy me. Well, you will adjust to your new schedule. Don't worry about it. Everything will work out.

monday thru friday I get up at 7:30, I tend to get to my client's before 9 so I can look for cans and get a little walking in as exercise, I work, but only Monday and Friday are the same - 6 hr days, the other days are different hours...

Yes, it is always good to keep a schedule and follow that without failure. That is the way to reach your goals. I like doing that too. With my busy programs, I tend to miss a few items if I do not keep my to-do list. Oh yes, one does need to have some relaxation time too. Enjoy your shopping spree once in a while ! Have a nice day !
