My phone broke! Literally, it broke in half lol.

What type of new phone should I get? (AT&T, i have a $200 budget)

Oh I have one.. I had my phone for about 4 months and then it just stopped working. Apparently it had "water damage" so the warranty wouldn't cover it. Personally I think that's bull because I took very good care of that phone, water never touched it.
So one day it disconnected itself from my phone's network and deleted all my contacts and pictures and everything. 
Now I'm stuck with the phone in the picture.. Actually it's an even older version of that phone. Everytime I pull it out someone tells me how their Grandparents have the same phone as me.
