Assuming that this post is about preparing for a power-point presentation, Here are my tips,
1. Research your topic completely. It gives you confidence to speak on the matter as well as makes you aware of what points to put in the presentation.
2. Keep the points concise. i.e Small bulleted points (Do not put entire description bcoz it makes the audience lose interest as they have to read the entire thing. you speak about the concise points in detail.
3. Diagrams and flowcharts can do wonders.
4. Keep the presentation scheme simple and professional. Do not make it an eyesore.
5. Do trails and check time. Move around a bit to keep audiences attention on what you say.
6. Smile.

ppt(power point presentation or paper presentation), in generally a program in every engineering college. We have to prepare very well before going to give seminar on a particular topic, we must create some important notes about our topic.
It must contain a good abstract.
It must be purposeful.
It must be clear and simple.
It must be useful for our juniors also.
We have command on two things, first of all we have to be confidence and
our communication must be clear and dare.

IN PRESENTING POWERPOINT THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR PRESENTATION SHOULD BE RELATED TO THE TOPIC OF YOURS.the COLOR SHOULD BE CONSIDER,AND THE FONT SIZE ARE MY AUDIENCE CAN READ THE PRESENTATION?YOUR PRESENTATION SHOULD BE VIVID OR CLEAR FOR THE AUDIENCE AND SOMEHOW PUT AN EFFECT SO THAT THE PRESENTATION IS ALIVE AND ACTIVE.iN ADDITION YOU CAN ALSO PUT SOUND EFFECT.
