Can pizza be a complete food or is it a supplement??

Recently there has been a growing trend among the people in metropolitan cities, even among the small cities, of eating pizzas. Go to any Indian cities, and look at any pizza-hut, you will see the restaurants are packed. There has been a craze about the pizza especially among the young generation. I don't hate pizza, in fact I love it. But I feel about eating it once in a blue moon. Couple of months back when we were in Pune for training program, I was amazed to see few of our collegues, who relied on the pizza for whole two months. I wonder, Can it be a complete food? If yes, is there any harm?? Because I feel we should rely on the natural eating habits rather than the habit which is taken due to new age and new trends. Your views on this please.

I think it is a complete food. Mabe if you got 1 slice, in this is it will be supplement.

Eating pizza once in a while is fine. But for 2 whole months? It's a little redundant. And it's not healthy. Yes, it could be a complete meal... with maybe some fruit on the side or something. But eating it a lot? It depends on how it's cooked and what toppings it has.

It depends on how you view it. I consider pizza as a complete meal but not for everymeal because I want to eat different food. I love pizza, the thin crust kind.

I am a pizza lover of course. I enjoy different types of toppings, and have pizza for lunches and dinners. But, I do not make it the complete food of a day. It may be from time to time a lunch or a dinner, but I would go for other varieties for the next meal so that I would have other similar healthy foods. My favorite pizza is hawaiian pizza, and that has a lot of cheese. Eating too much cheese all the time would not be good for the health.

I see a pizza as being a complete meal. There are so many different pizza toppings to choose from. It is very possible that a pizza would provide everything that was needed for a meal. I wouldn't have pizza every day of the week, but it would be an easy meal to prepare for the family.

Wow, I would believe its okay every once a week, I mean yea, its still bad, but not as bad as a whole two months worth. If you order the right toppings, that still wouldn't be enough, but it's cheap. That's the tastiest thing about it.
