Am I Drug Dependent?

Im female of 40. Diagnosed with Diabetics three years ago. From 11 i maintained 6.36 within the range of normal FBS straight 6 months now. My doctor reduced the medication from 3 mg glimiperide to 2 mg. Losargard 100 to 50mg now. I really wish to stop taking medicines, is it safe ? My doctor wont advise instead little by little to avoid shoot up. Tried not take one dose of losargard resulted severe headache as if my eyes to rupture while my b/p is normal . But after i immediately take one, the pain 's gone. Im worry i became drug dependent. What should i do?

My mother have the same condition as you do. She is also taking several medicine daily. And we are trying to make her avoid eating sweet foods. So better not eat also those foods that your doctor ask you not to take them.

So do i. Doctor always remind me sweets has of no use in our body. It's just pleasures our tongue. Happy to say , you know i missed chocolates, cakes and ice cream but for good i've overcome the temptation. This is also one thing good thing once you have diabetics, tend to disciplined selves especially on nutrient mood. Thanks for here.
