Multivitamin is always advised as it contains all the vitamins needed for the body. As for the multivitamin A-Z, I am not in a position to comment as I am not aware of its composition. But what I can say is that we get enough vitamins from the food we take unless a person is a patient of malnutrion or is suffering from a disease which may interfere with the supply of vitamins via food. So unless indicated, there is no need of artificial supply of vitamins via drinks or pills.

Yes, I think they are, because a lot of people simply do not eat enough vegetables and fruits to get all vitamins our body needs on a regular basis. So then a multivitamin can help, even though it would be better to start eating more fruit and veggies instead, of course!
