It's been a growing business in the industry of almost any merchandise there is. What are the best and worst experiences were you able to have when calling customer care? Bloopers included.

My worst experience when it comes to customer care was when I was about to enter inside the shoe store, the guard of the store didn't allow me to get inside and his reason was that the store was already full of people. Btw, I'm on a wheelchair because I can't walk anymore. What they did was so humiliating. They discriminate people like me. :( Take note: the brand of the shoe store is popular and known worldwide.

I'm sorry to hear what you have experienced. Most stores have neglected the rights of people with special needs, considering that special areas and privileges must be implemented.
Off the topic, I was also able to talk to somebody whose mother cannot walk and she told me she had this experience that the parking space that was reserved for people with special needs at a nearby mall was occupied by able people tired of walking, which I think is very inconsiderate.

I couldn't really understand your question haha
But my worst experience in buying something was from a site called dvdhdvd.com
They sell counterfeit copies. And I didn't know that until my computer told me.
But that was I while back and the provider never answered back to my dispute.

Thank you for sharing your story. Sorry I was not able to specify that the customer care I was referring to was phone customer service, those that helps you troubleshoot, check your accounts, or send somebody out to assist you with your purchased products.
Counterfeits happen a lot these days not only online but with regular or common stores found in the community. It's best that you examine them well, know the run around with basic knowledge on the product you are about to purchase, which includes the warranty as well.
