Yes, I believe in that too. Different fruits have different health values. I eat fruits fairly often, though not every day. Every day, however, I drink fruit juices, at breakfast time and in the afternoons. Orange juice is my favorite, rich in vitamin C. An apple a day, keeps the doctor away too ! I drink apple juice too some times.

Hi,
Eating fruits everyday is good for our healthy.
That is why I always standby some fruits in my fridge.
Most of the time, I will buy pear,apple,kiwi,grapes.
Kiwi is quite expensive in my place.
and my son love to eat Kiwi fruit.
Fruits are definitely make our body more healhty.

I believe that as well because of all the wonderful vitamins and minerals and beta carotens and anti oxidents and other healthful benefits of fruits. I enjoy fruit very much and in fact I am about to have a nice big fat juicy plum. Plums are wonderful and sweet and have that wonderful purple peal on them and have nice health benefits.

Yeah..........u r absolutely rite.....eating friut will keep u live long life....But my additional suggestion is u could also add raw vegetables,green leaf, grains also to ur daily diet more...This would also helps u to get all vitamins and minerals u need to balance ur daily life and would incease ur life for long days......keep follow to eat good and healthy food....

Yes I believe eating fruits can reached a longer life it is because fruits is a good nutrients in our body. I love eating fruits like durian, orange it is a vitamin c. Some fruits we don't is a harmful in our body.

Fruits are essential to good health. it is something our bodies need. If my children ask for fruit, i never deny them. they are eating something that is good for them. Some people don't have enough fruits in their diets and try to supplement the vitamins and nutrients from fruits in different ways. Nothing is better than having your supplement of fruit each day to live a better life.

Yes I agree with you. Its one of the most natural food that we can have. It has lots of benefits and also will not get us fat that fast compared with other foods. I always make sure I eat a fruit at least once a day.

I knew that.., my mother has been redundant on these in reminding me to eat fruits regularly.., and There are recent studies conducted to prove that some fruits can be used to cure cancer too.., so there are a lot of benefits we get from eating these..=)

I believe on the heath benefits provided by fruits rather than process foods and today's instant food.
Looking back in the garden of eden, they are all vegetarian including the lion and the tiger. Anyway, if look further, doctors well really advice us to eat fruits everyday in order to stay healthy. Practical benefits? well it is all natural, our body can easily digest it and no artificial ingredients, contains much more vitamin and minerals. If this will be our food preferences then we can expect a higher life span.
