don't forget to drink water everyday atleast 8 glass a day for a better absorption of liquied in your body.It helps minimize the heat felt in your body,

On a normal day, I can drink 1 gallon of water (approx. 4 liters), but when it is warm outside, I would drink 2 (8 liters). A hot day, I can drink 3 gallons (12 liters). Yes it is a lot, so much that I usually have to add this powder that I found so that I don't flush all of the electrolytes out of me. This is so that my stomach doesn't cramp up on me in the heat. I'm sorry, but I like drinking cold water. It tastes so good, especially if it is hot, you're in the sun, and waiting for the bus. I usually by gallon jugs at the store because it is the cheapest: Less than a dollar and get 1 gallon, especially when I can consume an entire gallon. When I go somewhere, I usually have at least 2 gallons with me, and possibly a gallon of milk (I can drink one of these also in the heat and not get sick). I used to not care for drink water, and I still don't at times, but now, I can easily knock down a gallon while waiting for the bus. Those are my glasses now. I can't follow that typical '8 glass' rule because I drink so much of it so fast. I like drinking the jug since it draws attention. People ask if I play football for me to drink that much. Being bigger and stronger means higher consumption, especially now that I can take on blistering heat without sweating.

I agree with you. I always make sure I drink lots of water everyday. I think its still the best thirst quencher out there.

Yeah, to drink adequate water everyday is really helpful. I always drink 5 cups or so everyday and i would feel uncomfortable when i drink water too little. it's good for our health, why not?

i am a nurse and i know the benefits of drinking the adequate amount of water daily.., I am also knowledgeable about the disadvantages of not doing so.., But still I can't bring myself to drink that much amount of water..=( I just don't like drinking plain water...
