I miss my family whenever I leave anywhere for a long time.
I'm off to college, so it will be like working abroad.

you just have to be a positive thinker. going off to college in a much farther place is like earning trophy for all your efforts. your family will be very proud. you need to be patient. think of all that your family has sacrificed for you and work your way up. good luck!

i've worked abroad for almost three years and i must admit that it really makes me sick when im thinking about my family..a thought of failing to attend to some of the most important occassions in our family really kills me..

Thank you all guys to your comments it makes me strong for my everyday life here in abroad yes! its true we must have a goal here in abroad we must get it no matter what happen lets face the battle for our family and once we achieve our dreams let's pack it up and go home to see our love once.

hi mochivoz,
if you will work abroad, be sure that you have a goal and that you are firm in going. because there you know first hand, you will have the number one enemy - that is missing a whole lot of your family.
so if your heart is a softy.. you need to think several times.

I am not yet working abroad.., but is looking forward to do that in the near future.., But I know how it feels to be away from your family.. I grew up without my dad in most of my milestones to witness it.., Because He is away in faraway place abroad to work for us and to sustain our financial needs.. It's not easy for him.., and for all of us.. I know how you are feeling..=)
