i got a big problem to be solved!!

hi everyone,i am a 16 year old prefect in my school.to become my school next year's head prefect,we have to complete several task held by my recent head prefect.she ask us to find all form 3 and form 4 prefect and get their ic number.to get this,i and some friend had did it for a day running up and down in the school.
when we are about to go home,my another lazy prefect,which has good result and good face,had asked the list from another friend,gavin.gavin is so stupid and he lend him his list.i felt angry when i know that.the next day,my good fren,which is another fren of the lazy fren,told us that the lazy fren wanted to borrow gavin's paper when i and gavin is about to find the prefect to fill up the list.
from here,i know that the lazy prefect had always see us like a damn stupid wit.and every time he gets all the praise from teachers and students but we did the job.i wanted to know how to solve this.it is troubling me for a week.
i want him to know that things need to do by his own!!

Hmm.. your lazy fiend may not be as lazy as you think. He knows the short-cuts and cunning ways to get a job done. Sadly, this is the reality of life. He maintains good personal relationships with his peers and teachers. So what you need to do is better him in his own game. Find ways to improve your personal relationship with everyone. use your resources and contacts to do your stuff. Increase your efficiency. Do not slander his reputation, It might backfire. Dont let these things bother you. Do your work properly and efficiently. That will help you get recognized. Be smart. Thats the way to success.

ya,i got a big problem or small problem in my life.whatever the proble we consider only in our mind.when we take the problem is positive means it should be positive otherwise it is negative in my nature.so plz take the problem is postive side.

I agree with priyayogi. Here's a tip. Stop thinking that he's your enemy. Observe how he operates and learn the tactics he uses to keep his reputation growing. Then modify it according to what you think is right for you without feeling guilty.

If you think your friend is cheating, then you must report him to your teacher. That is not fair to you and to others. Just tell the teacher the truth so your lazy friend will get punished for being such a cheater.

Btw edwinchoo... If you really want to take a dig on this guy... Here's how to do it. The next time something of this sort of information collection happens, get your friends to give the bad guy some wrong , bogus information. He will embarrass himself when he presents this info to higher authorities. He will understand that he's just how bad he has been. Cheers.
