The author's father has a weak heart.For forty the doctors have been telling him to be carefull_forbidding him to work on his farm because he hasn't long to live. Now, in spite of their prediction,he's lived to be seventy years old; and he wants to show his son something important on the top of the mountain.In this simple story, the son reflects his father's deep love of nature and the strenght of human spirit.
