Why do you want to earn online?

Hello everyone! I would like to know what everyones reason is that they want to earn money online, of course aside from having an extra income.. For me, as a student i would like to earn online for me to be able to purchase items,etc for my online games without using my parents' card, and of course, hopefully be able to purchase or buy things online, which i find it cheaper than buying in stores or malls..
