Italian foods are a favorite of mine as well. pasta is good for you and nobody does pasta like Italy can. Italian foods always seem to have the right combination of spices in their foods. Their suaces can't be beat. They are so good. When i am dining out, i always choose italian first.

I love it too! I think they got the best tasting ingredients that's why the foods are delicious.

I wish that I had the answer for that one because Italian food is my weak spot too. I could eat pasta every day. I like it just boiled with a little bit of olive oil and fresh ground pepper. Then I sprinkle crushed red pepper over it. I don't need sauce at all.

I grew up with italian foods. I love the creaminess of the sauces with the soft cheeses. The variety of meats and ingredients too. Ok now I am hungry again. lol. Time to make some ravioli.
