The whole work week gets pretty tiring and exhausting. So, I often keep looking forward to the weekends when I can relax and enjoy free time. I stay at home on Saturdays, mostly, just relaxing and getting rid if the stresses of the week. On Sundays, I enjoy going out and have fun. I would invariably go to enjoy those Sunday brunches where they serve a variety of delicious dishes. How about you ? Do you enjoy Sunday brunches at your favorite restaurants ?

hi greenline, you are always busy in work in the weekdays,so you must take rest and relax in weekends, western people work hard and take two days weekend, here i have not seen that type of mentality in our place, here all private offices work 5 or 6 days week, you too have outstation visits also,so you require more rest, but still you have not revealed your position in your company, have a nice day

Like you, I too love to relax and enjoy my weekend. Saturdays are kept for doing pending household chores and for rejuvenating myself. Sundays are spent just idling away with my husband…we rarely go out coz throughout the week, we both are so busy that on Sunday we just love staying at home and relaxing together. However, I don’t cook anything elaborate…just some quick fix pre-cooked meals and that also quite late in the day as we get up late in the morning. So, though I don’t go to any fancy restaurants, I do have my Sunday brunch and enjoy it too.

That sounds very good too. Sounds delicious and enjoyable. For me, since I do not cook at home, I go out to restaurants for lunches and dinners. Of course, on Sundays, brunch is the first meal.

Hi, I actually would rather have a nice dinner on Saturday night and chill out on a Sunday. So no, I don't really enjoy Sunday brunches. Only as and when I need to meet up I will consider these brunches.

Sunday is the day to relax and enjoy ! That is the day I look forward to every week too. I suppose that's why I became addicted to going for delicious brunches.

I find that if I go to a brunch I have a tendency to eat too much. I prefer just going out at a sit down restaurant where someone waits on me and I chose what I want from a menu.....there are some really good brunches out there though.

Yes, you are right. One tends to over-eat when eating at the brunches, with so many very delicious and attractive things offered. One has to control oneself for that !

at home i can say that i always enjoy brunches for i work at night. so i always wake up during lunch to eat so that would be my brunch already. but during sundays my wife enjoys brunches outside. so sometimes if the budget allows then we go out and enjoy the weekend. if we dont have the budget we still enjoy indoors and watch the time pass by without hurrying for chores and other things to do like during weekdays.

I became a sort of addicted to brunches because Sunday mornings I tend to get up late. So, I miss the breakfast then. When I am ready to go for a meal, it is noon time already. Just the perfect timing for brunches !

Ohhhh, I haven't gone to a Sunday brunch in a long time! With little ones, it's often hard to go to a restaurant as it is, so we haven't gone to brunch in a while. I look forward to the time we can eat and relax while having brunch! Also, they tend to be a bit expensive too, and we're on a serious budget. ANYWAY . . . I love the mixture of savory and sweets at those brunches - like the sausage/bacon/eggs along with the waffles/muffins/pastries. I really enjoy it when they have some lunch type entrees too - like pastas or light salads. I especially love the fancy restaurant brunches (like there's a on-the-hill one overlooking the Valley out there or aboard the Queen Mary) . . . expensive, but well worth the price (if you can afford it, that is). Ohhhh - getting hungry here - hee hee!

I love Sunday brunches specially if it's going to be a buffet brunch. lol. and it's going to be more enjoyable if it's with my loved one, family or friends. It's been a while since I had a brunch buffet maybe I should enjoy having one soon.

Brunches are always so enjoyable, with so many different items. One tends to get addicted to over-eating too. Every time, I very much enjoy the variety of dessert items served ! Yummy, yummy !

Oh yes, we go out for breakfast or brunch every weekend, maybe not on both days, but on one of them at least. It really is my favorite part of the week!

Yup, I prefer going for brunch on Sundays. Since I do not cook at home, I have to go to restaurants. And, I prefer going to the restaurants that serve buffets.

I rarely go to Sunday brunches, I would say at least once or twice every three months or so. I'd go with my co-workers every so often. We'd tend to meet up around 10ish or so at El Torito for their brunch. I'm not the biggest fan of their food, but their brunch isn't that bad. As far as resturant Mexican food goes, I prefer Acapulco. El Torito has a nice brunch where we go. There are omelettes with a variety of toppings, fresh made tacos, waffles with awesome toppings, some mexican food, fruit, salads, juices, soups, and a desert table, which I never get to. We always have fun just eating and talking. It's not that busy at all when we go there early, but by the time we get out of there around noon or so, the place is packed! It's been at least a month and a half or so since I've done brunch.

Mexican food ! Must be very delicious. El Torito ? That is one of the most popular restaurants ? I certainly would go there when I get the opportunity, and enjoy a nice buffet. There are restaurants here serving Mexican food. I like Mexican food.

Yes, me too. That's about the time I get up from bed on Sundays. Just taking easy and relaxing. So, I would skip the breakfast on Sundays, and head for brunches.
