This is the first time I have read about credit card holder being sued by the company because of unable to pay. Is your debt really that high? Anyway its really hard nowadays. Hard to find a decent job. There are debts anywhere. I'll just advise you to not give up on finding a job. It will surely come.

My boyfriend was on the same situation. There was only a box of eggs in his fridge. He didn't even have the monney to pay his renting nor a bus pass. the financial situaton of my family was only affected for a month or two. So I did some groceries for him when I could. He started to sell stuff like his piano, etc. On top of that he had to pay university fees in order to continue his study. It took him half a year to get a part time job but now his life style is much better. I am sorry to hear that you are going such situation. Keep on applying for a job. My boyfriend sent over 40 places. Eventually, I am sure you will get one. Good luck

Come up here and get a job! there are plenty of them and no one to do them. I guess it depends on what kind of work you are willing to do also. I also don't know about this. I have a friend who was trying to get that mortgage thingy to redo it at a lower rate so she can afford to pay her house payment...well the have put her off for almost a year and she is getting behind.....so....she has to start all over again. It's too bad all the paper work has to the thing that holds up progress....

....we all have share of problems and difficulties in our life and sometimes we blame our self, others or even the world when we got to the point that we no longer know what to do...things like this happens for a certain reason...all we can do is to survive and think positive and always have faith in him, the one who rules the earth and heaven..

I am so sorry to here this. I understand that it is so difficult to lead a happy life smiling when under such immense pressure, especially when you have kids to be taken care of. Don't loose your hope. keep trying, let all your friends know about it and ask them to check with there bosses or colleagues etc, if there is a position open for you. It takes some time to set back to normal in this bad economy times. Stay positive, calm and work hard to kick the hard times.

The only answer I have to your question is that the end is near. I too am in the same situation as you and thanks be to God that my friend hasnt thown me out as yet. I am used to living comfortably in my own appartment and enjoying the comforts of life but not anymore. I lost my job and decided to relocate with the aim of finding better employment, however, It has been ove seven months and I havnt found anything as yet. My funds ae unning out and I dont even think I will have enough left at the end of septembe to pay my portion of the bills.
I am tired of applying and attending a hunded and one interviews and then nothing comes out of it.
I pray for this recession to end. I cant take anymore

Your problem is a problem that almost everyone felt. Economic issues are the most difficult problems to overcome, when it does not have income. Every day should be trying to get income for life today, tomorrow and beyond. You have to keep trying, so that your life becomes better.

The economy has hit so many of us badly, some just a bit and some of us a bit harder. I lost my job where I worked for 19 years and to top did not get my last paycheck nor anyone entitled to unemployment. So I went from 100k a year to a big fat zero.
It has been almost nine months now and I can't find a job as the most responses I get is that I am over qualified. In the interim of all this I have lost my home that I owned for 18 years, I use to have a credit score 759. Now I have creditor blowing up my phone and college loans of 140k.
So ask me what happened I am speechless actually as I worked so hard and no one gives a care that there are many days I have nothing to eat.
Why would you hire a lawyer when you can't even pay the bill. As in the end you will be garnished anyways and still have to pay the attorney.
I completly understand your frustration and confusion with the way it is but hon, this is the way it is and sometimes we just will never understand it.
