Some Writers' Dirty Tactics

Earlier today I read articles in Triond. I have noticed there's this one member who kept on writing about the death of some celebrities. It made me curious so of course I read his articles. One spoke about Lady Gaga's death and the other was about Macaulay Culkin's death. So I went ahead and researched the authenticity of his news-it was false.
I know this writer is just relaying this false information so he can get higher page views for his articles. What can you say about his tactics?
For me, I suggest Triond should suspend his account.

He's a loser. SOme type of wanna be journalist getting a rise out of readers by making up lies. People will eventually get enough. Eventually someone is going to sue the pants off him then he'll see. He should be ashamed of himself. His colleagues should be ashamed of themselves because they arent verifying his stories. dl

I would write to them and tell them that this writer is making up lies about famous people. If he was making up lies about things, it wouldn't matter, but lieing about people can cause the site to get sued for libel.

Some writers will do anything to sell out. I have seen writers go to some extremes to sell what they have. Sadly, smart people see right through it and don't buy the bs.

Apparently Triond views it as satire and therefore allows these kind of stories. I read one of his stories about a devastating earthquake and when I researched it, I saw that it was all a fake, including the name of the place where the earthquake happened. He can only fool me once!

Having read the article under Hot Topic, I too checked the authenticity of the news. Yes, It is a dirty game, but Internet is full of these games. It is up to Triond Editors to decide whether they want to publish it or not.

Hi Ip, I think Triond should ban this writer too.
You can send a request to Triond to look into this matter. They will at least investigate and send a reply to you.
The problem with Triond is the lack of human moderation.
It is not even to let the system moderates the article, since an article can have perfect English yet contain nonsense.

fake news is lie but common we find on the Internet. Thing this Usually done only to boost the popularity of a misguided moment. This is very annoying

I've already encountered this writer and his tactics seem to earn high page views which I think is not fair at all. You will get disappointed to know that his entire article was a fake...

We should never never never learn from this person. Yes, it might gain more readership to his articles at first. But there is not point in it. He will just lose all his readers and risk getting his account banned.
Instead of increasing his popularity, he is just jeopardizing them. Furthermore, he will lose his credibility and builds up a bad name.
Writing articles whether online or offline is the same as a business. If we want to earn some money from there, we have to gain trust.
He is just doing himself more harm than good
