I can not access my facebook account

I can not access my account,it ask to conform identity. i conform my identity but when i log in it just say you have already conform your identity. can not go to account. what can i do?

I don;t know. but they said I try to send a spam. now i can access my Account.

You can contact facebook through their website. They should get back to you within three days. Someone could have hacked in or you could have forgotten to log out somewhere. Maybe you gave your password to someone else? I believe you call facebook too, but I'm not definite about that. Hopefully it turns out well. Have a great day!
