It is a captcha entry project, the admin says that he/she pays $3 for 10k entries. My question is "Does anyone get paid from this project"

These is surely a scam site. Better not go for it. Because if they have been legit, they would have bought a domain name first.
Better go for sites which are legit. One of that is in my website.
Online money is only hard and smart work.
