PTC sites with ten ads everyday?

Hi there friends..I Joined a PTC site recently. It has ten ads everyday looks cool right they said that it's a paying site but I doubt it.
I just want to ask if those sites that has ten advertisements everyday with 0.01 per click are legit. I have the banner in my site you can check it if you want.
Have you ever joined a site like mine? did they pay you? please tell me.
