Resignation Letter

Today, I am tendering my resignation to my company. Even though the company has promoted me in just a span of 1 year, still the benefits cannot compensate the costs. I have a rude boss. She threatened me twice this month already. She's the worst boss in the world. My "soon to be" boss has no decision-making skills. She let me decide to the tasks where she has the authority and will blame me in case something wrong will happen. My team mates are frequently resigning. My work load is getting heavier because of frequent resignation. I dreamed a lot regarding my work and it is very unhealthy already. Though I don't have any new confirmed job yet, I made my decision today. I can bear the hunger but I can't bear the pain caused by my workplace. I love the company. I just can't bear my bosses. I am now drafting my resignation letter. So anyone of you who could advise me what is the most appropriate RL that I will submit to my boss please?

Without knowing the circumstances, it is hard to give specific advice, but here is some general advice for you: first, if you hate your job that much, and if it is causing you so much stress that your health is suffering, you are right to resign. No job, and no amount of money, is worth your health. Second, no matter how angry you are with your boss, or your company, you should NOT express that in a written letter. You never know when you will need a recommendation or a letter of reference, or some other favor, and you never want to burn any bridges. Just be professional and somewhat vague in your letter. You never know, after the unpleasant boss leaves, you might want to go back, or work with some of your colleagues in another venture. So keep your letter polite and short, and do not use emotional or accusatory language--it will only backfire. Good luck!

Thank you suzieqmom! This is very important. Though I really wanted to express my anger in the letter but as what you said, I still have plan to go back to that company (not in the same account). Thank you for your advise.

I am sorry I can not help you with a resignation letter because of the circumstances of your leave. I just don't know what to suggest you put in your letter, but I did want to respond and say good luck to you, I hope maybe another company that your coworkers have joined will hire you and you won't have a lapse of unemployment.
