I agree that there is no magic formula to weight management. But what worked for me is balance. I know that sounds trite, but it really is what worked. Balance in consumption as well as balance in my life. I used wheat-grass to help me get there because eating greens is a problem for me (too expensive to get organic consistently). The by product of that was a lower level of anxiety and a higher level of mental clarity that allowed me to rationalize through cravings and maintain discipline until the lifestyle changes took hold. I DO NOT DIET. I feel life is already so full of restrictions and rules that I refuse to add more to my plate! LOL

For those who want to lose weight, discipline , determination and a plan will always work. Discipline, exercise early in the day, and eat at a table, chew your foods at least for 10 seconds. Choose good nutrition, greens, wheatgrass, barleygrass, fruits and vegatables, make meat an additive, not a main course. Set goals and work to meet them. Goals: Use my greens every other day, then every day; exercise ever other morning, then every other morning and afternoon/evening, then everyday; eat only what I need, and no more; drink water; enjoy my friends and my life. You can have other drinks, but ensure you drink enough water each day.
