Here is what is confusing - give to another person - Now if I eat out at a posh restaurant and fit the bill using this 1000 USD, then also I am giving the amount to someone else. I am not keeping the money with me. Lol. So if you ask me, I would give this money to the Bartender, Hotel Manager to meet and cope up with the expenses that I would make eating and drinking. On other thoughts, I would give this money to my doctor for my treatement

I'd give it to my father, along with my bank A/C number. If I must give it away, I think I'd find the neediest person I can and give it to them. No, I'm given no time and have to start right away..it's the middle of the night, so when my maid turns up in the morning, I'd hand it over to her as she is understandably poor. And I wouldn't forget to add that she take it as a reward for good work and keep up her sincerity.
