How often do you go to confession? Do you pool your sins together and confess them when you feel that you now have the guts to confess your sins to the priest? do you feel heavy and disoriented whenever you commit a sin? Or is confession something that you take for granted and prefer to confess direct to God? Do you honestly feel that some people take Holy Communion in the state of mortal sin?

that's true. you can also pray for yourself. trouble is that, how can you maintain the faith with out confession? but i know some people do that. and i think you're one of them.

I have only done confession once in front of the priest in my life. I did because everyone in the village was doing it so I did not want them to question me why I didn't. Actually I prefer to be good more and pray about it. I don't really like going for this confession, not that I don't believe but I just don't. Have a nice day

Helo Grace,
for me, it's not common for me to go to confession everyday.i still go and attend confession but i do it only once a year. of course, it's giving a high inspiration when it comes to confessing. but it's a big challenge whether you still want to do it again or not. it's hard not to sin to most catholics but some are doing a lot better in life.despite of them being sinners.

Hello
I am hindu by religion, we have tons of god and goddesses, we have nothing like 'confession box' in our temples; but if i feel i did some sin, some thing wrong i just think i did wrong, i think this is sort of confession..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.
