i'm trying to sleep but i can't... i feel sleepy but i can't fall asleep. i thought that if i come home very tired, it'd be easier for me to fall asleep. but i was wrong. i'm wrong...it's harder to fall asleep when you're overly tired, too tired to fall asleep.

Maybe not too tired to sleep... but too tense. Relax. When you're really tired you tend to get tense, but in order to sleep you need to relax. A glass of warm milk or tea (Nothing caffeinated!) could help you to wind down. If that doesn't work then take a nice warm shower or bath (Don't fall asleep in the tub), and then dry off and curl up in the covers.

Try drinking a glass of milk or taking a hot shower to calm your nerves. Also, don't try too hard to fall asleep or you won't be able to do so. Just relax and let your body rest.

I go through that sometimes -- too tired to sleep
Maybe you are wound up about something. Is something stressing you out or bothering you? Try to relax. Read something boring
Hope sleep comes soon for you. Sweet dreams.

i feel you! i also have this kind of sleeping problem. i want to sleep but i can't sleep at all. though my body and mind are soooo tired because of work, i find it really hard to sleep. i'm trying myself to relax a bit more before sleeping but no effect at all. i am also drinking milk, again no effect. i don't know what to do so i just let my body tell me, hey sleep now. so usually i am sleeping at 1am-2am almost everyday. and i have a work at 9am. hahahaha! too bad, right?
