Friends Have you heard of sleep hygiene? Well, the lack of this simple thing could be cause of you sleeplessness. It is simple ways of sticking to one's normal routine as far as sleep goes and keep the time be it to the bed or out of it. Unscheduled and unnecessary sleep will only aggravate the problems and lead to medication dependence. And don't just try to pop-in a pill thinking that it will solve whatever sleep disorder you have. Reduce stress, eat healthy and sleep tight! Did any of you analyse and get an answer as to why they are sleepless?
