Know any good website to make blog?

I am thinking about making a new blog, and I dont want it to be blogspot or liverjournal and want to see if any mylotter know any website that can make a good web blog? I am thinking of something with enough function and alternatives with appereance etc..

I believe blogger.com is a good site. The functions look great. Their are also a lot of people starting their own blogs, so maybe you can join them.
Or if you would really like to start your own blog. Sites like co.cc. give free sites and Godaddy.com sells other urls
