How to nurse the stomach as the Autumn is coming?

The stomach of my husband is not very good, and always feel pain in the middle night, the doctor say that is duodenal ulcer, and as the autumn is coming, I am afraid that will always happen, so I want to try to nurse trough the diet, can u help me?

If its an ulcer then its better to have some medication cause ulcer is caused by a certain kind of bacteria so it has to be that the bacteria should be killed and I guess that's the time your husband is gonna get better.
