besides Turkey and Stuffing? I always enjoy either the Green Bean Casserole, or the Cottage cheese and pineapple, along with the Traditional Pumpkin pie.

Wow, that sounds delish! We traditionally have turnip and carrots mashed together, sweet potatoes, mashed white potatoes and brussel sprouts. Gravy over everthing and of course what's turkey without cranberries. My Grandma taught me to grind them in a meat grinder with oranges and sugar to make a tasty cranberry sauce. Pumpkin pie & whipped cream is a must! Thanks a lot, I'm Canadian so our Thanksgiving is past and now I'm craving a turkey dinner. Enjoy!

Well, Sweet potatoes are good if you have Marshmallows over them. The way you do your Cranberry sauce sounds good. Maybe I would like Cranberry sauce done your way.

Although we have lived in California and my wife being an American we do not/have not celebrated Thanksgiving here in Wales. I find this sad but my wife says... When we are Stateside we can when we are here we can't lol.

I would think she would want to continue to carry on a tradition she is accustomed too no matter where she lives? I am sure she misses the Turkey, etc.

In my household, we always have to have Homemade Mashed Potaotoes! I whip them so much that they are really creamy and melt in your mouth.

Cranberries, mashed potatoes, spinach, and candy yams are always eating when having Thanksgiving dinner with my family. OF course turkey and stuffing are there and some kind of dessert. We don't always have the pumpkin pie. We change the dessert around each time.
