to young to play video games and why? What is good about it and what is bad? My 5 year old likes to play them. and she has been doing so seance she could hold a remote and press buttons. lol. my little gamer. she still needs help some times thou.

I don't think there is a problem with letting kids play video games at a young age but Guidance and limits are needed. Little kids shouldn't be playing violent video games but stuff like Zelda and most Nintendo games are fine. As they get old you can let them play other games again with guidance and limits and make sure they understand that the game is make believe and that you can't do the things in the game in real life.

that's really funny... today kids are growing at a very early age. in our times there were video games but we were not used to play video games at the game of 5 :) i have a nephew he's also 5 but he understands things so quickly specially if its electronic. he plays video games very well just need a little bit of guidance. minds have changed what they were a few years back and now.

that is true. when i was her age it was saga and the gray Nintendo. she is now playing with a ds and x box. lol
