which is the better way to improve communicative English?

Nowadays it is a must thing that we need a good communication skill before going to get a good job..... am a graduate..... i studied in malayalam medium.. so am not very good in english.... but am able to do with english..... now i need to learn more to get a good job.......
here am searching some good , fast and easy way to get good communication skill......

when i wasn't fluent in english i would converse with myself, in the privacy of my room of course LOL. it may sound dumb but that was the best way for me to learn the language. however, pre-recording and then correcting mistakes is a good way of practicing and developing good grammar. but best of all, be confident in yourself

The best way to improve your English skills is to practice speaking in that language as much as you can.If it is not possible for you to talk to anybody then get your speeches recorded and listen to it and try to rectify mistakes that you made while speaking.In this way you will definitely improve your language speaking skill.
