Your friend could get Social Security Disability or SSI (Supplemental Security Income) if she is not already on it. If she has cancer, she would be approved immediately as long as she brings the proof of her health when she applied. Her husband should apply for Unemployment Insurance if he is not already on it. Your friend could get Social Services to help her with her kids until they are out of school but she and her husband would have to go and apply for it, not just her, unless she kicked him out.

One student will pay you at least 70 dollars a month for their class. Teaching English online is a good way to earn.

I think she needs to be composed, calm and let go of the hangovers, which I know is tough but not unachievable. There are several sites that help us earn. Being an active member you do know that many of do several online ventures to survive on a daily basis. So make sure you guide to those true members her who literally spend their time effectively and not just gibber gabbing to get referrals under their belts. Since you want your friend to succeed perhaps the best advice would be to ask you if something is truly worth her time or yet another scam. Until she learns the ropes she may fall quite a bit.
