blog dilemma

I have a dilemma in what particular topic do i need to post in my blog. Do i need to focus on one topic for the entire blog or its good to have different topics. I am worried that If I post different topics people might not get interested in it. Like posting all about travel or relationships. Please advised.

It's always a good idea posting different topics in your blog. That way, your readers will get to know you more. It doesn't necessarily mean that if it's a blog, you need to concentrate on certain topics only. Of course you need to focus on those topics that was experienced or researched by you but you can always experiment. But for me, new topics are always refreshing to read.

hello. i'm not yet ready to link my blog here but i will surely soon. i interested with current events. i post my opinions to hot issues in our country, showbiz and current events. i do research too because i want my posts to become informative and worth reading. i have posts regarding my job and the people that inspires me to become better person, not only in the office but everything outside my home. But of course, am not forgetting to add some human touch to my blog. I have differnt tab for personal experiences where I post some of my family happenings and where i posts some pictures too. this is where my readers to know me as a person. hope this helps. :)

I'm having the same problem.. I have two blogs which I originally intend to use one for topics about technology and photography while the other as a personal blog. But when I started my posts, I didn't realize I was posting just anything on BOTH blogs. now it looks as if both are personal blogs..I'm a newbie in blogging. [sigh].
Personally, I think you don't need to focus on just one topic, why not have at least two or three related topics for your blog? :)
