I can't add my blog to Mylot's blogs !!

As the title says, today I wanted to add my bolg to Mylot's Blogs but I got stopped in "claim" phase! Does anyone of you knows what to do? Shall I have a certain number of participations to add my blog (which is the case for photos)? or it is something else ?
