Guys Isn't it time that when we teach a person any sport, it is better to inculcate values like righteousness, morality etc? Look at all scandals involving sports...The successful in sports too are corrupt in one way or the other

Well your idea is good one but in sports no coach will teach about the match fixing, etc. So, the players will definitely fall into hands of these match fixers and others. So, moral values will vanish if money is before them and that too very huge amount which they will never see in their life. So, every team has to hire a secret agency to see that players do not get in touch with match fixers. that is the only solution, i think is good.

Indeed it is high time that we do something about removing all the scandals. However, remember that the sports people are a part of our society, they are not aliens from a different planet and their conduct reflects the kind of social degradation. Its not right to point a finger at the sports person alone or to the celebrities.Their scandals are brought to the public notice more often than that of ordinary individuals in our society as they are subjected to media speculation almost every moment. In order to remove corruption we need to educate the society as a whole and at this moment when people are running after short time name and fame it is difficult to keep a leash on such activities.
