There are 5 drivers realistically that have a shout at the championship.[
Alonso - Won 2 races this season and has the least points of all of them
Button - Somehow still in the running even after some dismal qualifyings and races
Vettel - Fast when he's out ahead but hits everything in sight when he's in the pack
Hamilton - Along with Webber, the fastest and most consistent title runner but not with the best car
Webber - The red bull is unstoppable on most tracks, imo I think he'll walk it
thoughts?

I think Webber has his best chance of winning the championship this season. I really hope his team will support him 100% though. They have the fastest cars on the grid and have been amazing in most of the tracks so if they will continue with this for the next races, i see a lot of potential for him to win it. He will have to fight it out with Hamilton. Alonso has a long shot but we'll see how they perform at the next race in Monza. If good luck goes back to the Ferrari team, he may have a chance as well. The next races will be very exciting indeed. Can't wait to see those.

Somehow I don't think red bull will 100% Webber, Vettel won't allow it. He'd throw a wobbler just like Webber did when it was perceived Vettel was being favoured. Which is a shame because that's the sensible thing for Red Bull to do, just as Ferrari backed Alonso early.
Speaking of which, now Alonso has had a DNF and Massa scored 4th last race, will Ferrari carry on backing Alonso so strongly?

I feel it is more a two horse race already between Webber and Hamilton. But I think Alonso has an outside chance given his past pedigree with championships. I do not think either Vettel or Button would have any further chance in the race. I think Vettel flatters to deceive and still has to learn a lot to win a championship!!
Cheers!

Hamilton: The most aggressive guy on circuit right now. He will do anything to win (driving wise). And very good team of engineers to back him up. Hence will win WDC 2010, if he doesn't run into reliability problems. His weakness in inconsistent qualifying performance.
Webber: Currently the most consistent driver. Good team of engineers too. Weakness is Bad starts. MY BET IS ON WEBBER.
Vettel: He has been reckless too often to fight consistently for the championship. Had maximum pole position, but the worst ratio of converts into podiums. Needs to lean to control his aggressiveness and not behave like a brat.
Button: Clearly the man with best strategy. Won races which many thought was not possible from his starting position. But his DNF last race has dented his chances considerably. But he still has good chance.
Alonso: The man with least Mathematical chance. Team engineers also not doning exceptional work to match the pace of Redbulls and the Mclarens. But he's a two time world champion.
