Open or tied hair?

How do u think a gal looks more beautiful, with her hair open or tied behind?

depends on the face.. if it is long open is good... round face it should be tied,,... both look cool if they are beautiful

As per my views its depends on the outfit ones wearing....Like
if gal is in skirt/jeans then "Open Hair" match perfect...if she is in saree its "Tied Hair" that makes graceful....and if she is coming from taking bath, nothing pierce like Hair wrapped in towel....

I think open hair. Although I am forever wearing tied back hair. Better for the hair being let to hang loose.
