Well this is one answer you may not want to hear. Exercise! That's it, that's the key. Believe it or not when you are eating properly and exercising daily it makes a big difference in your energy levels. I know with busy lifestyles it seems like there is no time left for exercise but you should find the time. Schedule it in just like you would any other appointment. Expending energy during exercise actually helps to build stamina so that you have more energy for the rest of the things in your day and your life. It also builds self-confidence and a healthier you. 30 minutes a day is a great way to start.

I know when you are tired the last thing you want to do is put on a pair of sneakers and go for a walk but it's exactly what you should do. If you've had a bad day, it is the best way to relieve stress and clear your thoughts. When you get home you feel refreshed and energized. You just left your bad day somewhere down the trail.

Yes what you have suggested is the one every one should do when tired.
Always we should keep our mind refreshed by using our own skill because every individual have their own style of refreshing.
This is also one way of energizing........

Your are right - I agree with you. These days people take life easily and hence do not concentrate on exercise which is a must for keeping our body active and not only that this really helps in digestion and keeps our body fit.
If our body is fit that indicates that we are filled with energy. - Good suggestion. Thanks.

Every body should allocate time for themself to balance their energy level. Some people listen to music. Some people watch the TV. Some people sit in the bath. My husband can have ten or fifteen minutes naps. I can't do that. I go to the bed with a book at 11 o'o clock night. I don't like to be disturbed by others on that time.

Yes, allocate time exclusively for personal is very important as this makes one concentrated and focused on the energy which really boosts up.
Yes what every you have expressed is a practical one and every one need to do this according to their taste.

For me I just enjoy what I do, and enjoy the company of my family. But sometimes there is nothing we can do if we lack energy because we are too exhausted to do anything. The only thought I can give you is to take care of yourself, do not abuse yourself, that way you can always recover from exhaustion.

OK your suggestion is also good - for though we become weak becuse of our exhaustion we should not abuse ourselves.
Everything lies in us which totally works on strong and dedicated will power.

You have rightly commented -because of our straneous work it is possible to become weak and hence supplements do work up to some extent but as commented by you the will power plays an important role in generating the required energy.

Energy is inbuilt in human body and it varies from person to person.Even in old age some people look energetic..may be their constitution. We derive energy from the food we take and we spend energy in doing work. But it does not mean that a person who takes more food and does less work is very energetic. It is also in the mind.Energy may be physical or may be mental.A person who does lot of work may not be mentally energetic and vice versa. There is no particular area to find energy.
