Chocolate and headache

Chocolate can precipitate migraine in the vulnerable. And it trigger allergies like wheeze, sneeze etc. Have you ever had chocolate related problems?

Well I hear that some people when they don't feel well they get some chocolate but to me no.

I feel not only chocolate, any item made of sugare causes allergy within the body to raise. Positively saying they make stress away for me

Well i recently found that chocolates are one of the reason for my migraine. Though i love chocolates very much, but am avoiding now to some extent.

Chocolates can cause Diabetes. It has many sugar,calories and carbohydrates. Eating a lot of chocolates cause your blood glucose to go up and constantly eating it your will make your pancreas exhausted in secreting insulin so all the glucose will to your blood and not the cell so a lot of people has Diabetes. Chocolate is a stimulant so it can cause headache if too much is eaten.Chocolate is good if eaten in a minimal amount.

I avoid chocolate like the plague. I personally think it is very detrimental to our wealth. There is no natural chocolate, as I've never seen a tree that had chocolate bars hanging on it. However, I'm reasonable. If one is not allergic to it, once in a while it can be enjoyed. Yummy!
