I have seen a lot of people using either right or left had while texting , while the other had does something else... at first, I get amazed by this multi-tasking feat, however I have developed the skill with right hand... I hold one phone on my left talking over a receiver while my right hand does the texting to my cell phone.... Can any of you text with two phones at the same time? can you multi-task with two thoughts, two phones, and two recipients? Is this possible?

I think trying to text on two phones at the same time would be just about impossible! I can't multi task while I'm texting on my cell because I have to text with both hands!

I can text with either hand but tend to use my left hand, even though I am primarily right handed. I think I do occasionally use both hands if I am in a real hurry to write a text, but generally it is one handed. I have never tried texting on two phones at once so I can't answer that question - but I am certainly going to try now just to see, lol. I don't think I could text on one phone whilst talking on another though..but I'll never know until I try will I.
Generally I think women are better at the multi-tasking thing , basically because their brains are wired up differently to a mans and it seems that people with dyslexia are wired up differently again .

I sometimes text using both my hands on different phones. I do this only when my messages are incoming from both my phones and I have to reply immediately. I can text faster with my right hand though.

I have a cell phone that has a keyboard built into it and it slides out so I can text with both hands just like when I type at my laptop, except with my cell phone I usually use my thumbs, where as on my laptop I use my fingers!

I have never tried to text with both hands until I have read your discussion and gave it a try. I find that it is hard to do so. It is easier to use either the righ or the left hand to text on a cell phone, which is different from the keyboard of a laptop. Take care.

I can text with one hand. No, not with both hands. My right hand is better at hitting the keyboard. anyway I am quite good in doing that.

I can type on any pc 90 words a minute with both hands properly sitting on the correct keys. For some reason texting, OMG if I can type with one finger and oh I do not know how slow, but I know I type really slow on my blackberry.
Worst part is I have the touch screen even worse the mistakes, yuck sometimes I get so frustrated I cancel and make the call.

I have to use both hands, I'm just not that savvy when it comes to all that phone stuff. . .I've always had a blackberry just because I like them and think they are very easy to manuever but other than that I'm not so much into the newest or coolest phone or whether I can text with one hand. . .etc lol

hmm... i usually do that one you mentioned... but i haven't tried texting simultaneously with two phones on both hands... i think that would take quite a bit of a concentration... ^_^

Yes. That's one of my talents. I can also text while not looking at the keypad, except now since my phone is a touch phone. I cannot type in two phones at the same time. I don't think that's possible. Its possible to type something in one phone and then the other phone, but not simultaneous. Our brain cannot handle that.

...i think this is possible, although it is very difficult, since our brains activity is divided into two and will be focus on both hands which is doing the same process but a different task...if i saw someone who do this, i will be amazed but i definitely don't want to do it..=)

I tried texting with both hands but it's really hard. I lose what I was saying on one of the messages because I'm more focused on the other. But texting with one hand and doing something else on another? That's a must when you have a very busy life.
