How do you think cosmetic surgery?

Mebe someone want to be artificial beauty? As we know already,Most of people finished perfectly,How about you? when will you do it probably for some reason?

I have no problem with people who do it, but it is really not for me. I am too scared to do something so drastic myself. There are risks associated with it, after all!
