Is government bond the safest investment for now?

As you can see the stock market, it is still declining, and people still have no confidence on investing money for this so - called double - dip condition. House market still in its slowest. So, the only thing people might consider is the government bond, which might be the safest investment. Would it be a next bubble if more and more people invest in bond? Because from previous experience, we should learn better. When the technology stock was rising, all the people rush in, eventually it will burst out. The same for the housing market during the early years. Consider carefully before you actually invest in.

I think treasury bills or government bonds are the safest to invest because of the nature of transaction and government is such an institution that will never run away unlike other form of investment. So I would choose to invest on government bonds rather than on private fast-track investments scheme.

Are you seriously looking into investing into government bonds while 0bama is in office? He's looking to take away Social Security, and retirement. That is a damn shame people let this guy burn up all the U.S. money... Bailing out banks when the banks forgot to follow their rules and let illegals burn up our money without paying us back...
