Honestly speaking, I am confused when it comes to job requirements. For example years of experience: 2 years. Does it mean that you are working for a company for two years or you are in the same profession for two years even if you changed companies within that time frame? I was planning to apply for a clerical job in Qatar but I do not know if I qualify or not. Most of my work experience were from transcription companies (medical transcription for a year, and then a general transcription voice-to-text company 2 years) Maybe I just have to ask the agency. I know this is somewhat a mundane question, but I'm just asking. Happy myLotting!

Work experience is very similar to work history. So being that you have done transcription they are interchangeable skills.
So all you have to do is sell yourself. What I mean by that is be very personable during the interview and explain your great eye for detail.
Good luck and happy myLotting also.

You really have to ask the company/agency about your concern. Two years experience requirement means, that you should have worked with the same position that you are applying, for two years already. For example, you want to apply for an Office Assistant position in Qatar. and 2-years experience is a requirement. Then it means, you should have worked as an office assistant for two years already, no matter how many times you change companies.
