we write for so many reasons, it could just be for leisure, to let the time pass or because inspiration just tug at our sleeves and we just had the sudden inclination to put the ideas into ink immediately.
i started writing poems then fictions for fun and when i'm bored. now i write fan fictions. and i realize that i write not only when i'm bored but when i'm stressed too! now that i'm finished schooling i had somehow stopped writing although i still get ideas ever now and then.

i write when i've got nothing to do or if my mind is full of ideas that i feel like taking it all out, and i do it by writing.

I write to destress myself. I would like to write to take a break from all my work and to see something creative out of my hardwork. It gives me joy to see my work published. The earnings out of it all adds enthusiasm.

Personally there are many reasons I write. Sometimes it can all depend on the type of mood I am in, and if I can come up with something to Write about, while many times it is just to think more about things in life important to me. Writing is a way to relax and display my feelings and also show others just who I am while learning more about myself in the end.

I write so that I can earn additional income. MyLot has done well and paid me a month ago. I'm looking forward to getting my second payment next month and hopefully, the new cash gopher will make me richer because I joined that very first day it went live. Looking forward to all the dineros. More power to MyLot and cash gopher!

i write when i have something in my head that i don't wanna forget. something that i can't tell it to anybody.
this usually happens when i'm sad. i can write a lot and whatever if i'm upset, depressed or close to that.

I usually write in the evenings, weekends, and whenever I have some free time and feel like it. I don't push myself to do it or anything, if I don't want to, I don't do it. It works pretty well for me.

I lvoe to write and let off the steam! its a great therapy, I don't keep a journal though, i would hate for someone to find my deepest thoughts and just sit there reading and indulging in it all so i usually rip up and toss more important emotional pieces.
its great htat we all find an outlet for the moments when we're not so content with reality. . . I appreciate that there are so many activities that are available to us to relieve stress whether it be videogames or reading or roller blading or dancing a n ight on the town with friends whatever the case may be I do appreciate that there are so many outlets that we can turn to.
great topic it really got me thinking and even made me feel that much more grateful for what I do have and the fact that i'm free to do what I please. Writing is a beautiful gift that we all can learn.

depends on why im writing. i write a lot of fanfiction, but also do other types of writing. the fanfic it depends on the show and my mood. i don't really have a set schedule for my writing unless i have a deadline to meet or am helping somebody with a project

I write when I'm emotional, especially when I'm frustrated, confronted with a failure or, well, heartbroken.
Or when I hear a particularly distressing news article, like the Maguindanao Massacre (Philippines) or the recent Mendoza HK bus hostage taking.
I write in white heat during those times, my fingers just keep pounding at the keys, not letting up until all that I want to say has been written down. And I find that what I write during these times are the best of my writing pieces.

I noticed that I write fan fictions when I'm under stress. I guess by writing, it helps me take my mind off the things that are causing me stress. I haven't been writing fan fictions for a year now which is the time I met the person that I love now. But I'm getting my mood to start writing fan fiction again just for fun and starting to get ideas. I'll start writing when I have time.

I write to unload the trashes in my mind and to keep my sanity intact otherwise I will be experiencing information overload hehehe. Writing makes me cope up with life's stresses. Writing relaxes me and keeps me company when I'm alone. Writing makes me meet new people like you :)
