What‘s your apinion about a graduatestudent doing part-time work

I think it's not very bad at least you can make some money to support your life, also during the period you can know the world better. however I do think study is most important in your life at the moment. So you should be able to balance your study time and work time. as you said you are already postgraduate, your teach should not control you as a child.

There is actually good money in doing research. What I mean here is being a research assistant part time in the university. You could pull around 1k-2k a month with that.

I actually commend people who work and study at the same time. because for me, everytime i get off work, i am already too tired to even think of doing other things! much less if i study, i would probably just always sleep on a review... or a research. hehe do not mind your professor, if he thinks you need more time on research and paper works, just let him know through your research that the quality of your work and studies is doing even greater than those full time students.

I think it is a good idea for graduatestudent to do part-time work. Doing part-time job not only can make some pocket money but also make your life more colorful and enrich you social experience!How great it is !

hi there.. i think having a par-time job after graduation is not a bad idea after all.. we are all given the chance to put into practice on what we have studied for a couple of years and i think nobody has the right to dictate us.. There are even some students who have a part- time job and they were able to manage their time in studying and time from work.. how much more you are a graduate already... time is waisted if you send all your years doing research and not earning money for a living, practically speaking...
