I am fed up of the petitions from public grievances

Really, I am fed up in putting up the files for the petitions to resolve their problem matters. Sometimes, seeing the letter get me headache before reading out their petitions. Mostly, I read out and put up was the allegations against their headman and the members of the villages for misappropriation of money released to implementation of the projects for each villages. Anyone, does the activity of the public grievances? This matter is very difficult to handle and to resolve the problems but we mostly order to make the magisterial enquiry to the officers.
