How to crop

i haven't used GIMP but using other softwares, you just choose crop in the toolbar and then select the portion of the picture you want cropped. it should be easy. maybe you can use irfanview or microsoft picture editor to do this instead of GIMP.

you may want to try Serif PhotoPlus SE Digital Photo Editing software by LEAD Technologies. it's free to use though they have more advanced edition which cost something. i have been using the free edition and so far, i have no problem with the software. i use this side by side with windows paint.

I had GIMP but I uninstalled it- NOW - I don't remember. I find IRFANVIEW - MUCH easier to use for Cropping, Enlarging Pixels, etc. It can be done is like 1 minute! It's Free to download.

Yes use microsoft paint its easy to do..,or if you have fotoslate then you can do it also there...
